Crushing

In 2007, Langston Concrete Inc. purchased a crushing spread to provide custom crushing services. We started out crushing gypsum for a local Portland producing plant and are now fully entrenched all aspects of the custom crushing market.

Our plant is made up of several components, but is mostly all Terex Cedar Rapids. The jaw is a 3054 and the cone is a Classic II- 54”. We have two 7’ x 20’ screen decks and several conveyor belts for transferring the material. The last component is a 136’ tele-stacker for piling the material. The tele-stacker has several features about it that make it a very nice addition to the crushing spread as a whole. It has the ability to “stack” the material in various configurations as to help reduce the amount of segregation that can occur from piling material. This feature allows us to custom set the configuration of the tele-stacker and pile it to the specifications of the individuals we are performing the crushing for. Every entity we have crushed for has complimented this feature and have expressed how nice the material looks when pulling off the pile with a loader.

We are available to mobilize and set up our spread anywhere we are asked to go. We have crushed for several counties in the state of Colorado, several private corporations, several recycle entities, and the National Forest. We are no stranger to Read More. . .
